The objective of this Fund is to foster and support the development of industrial collaborative R&D projects that bring together companies (small-to-medium-sized companies and/or larger, well established businesses), research organizations, academics and other collaborators from both countries for the joint development of innovative products, processes or services.  These projects are intended to help participants to become more competitive by developing global research-based alliances with the potential to foster increased or expanded bilateral R&D collaboration. This is the third round of the collaborative programme.
