Jailendra Kumar
President
Mr. Jailendra Kumar is the CEO of HighNorm Systems and Services Pvt. Ltd. His area of interest is Aerospace, Defence, Security, Semiconductors and Embedded systems. In the early days of his career he worked for ISRO participating in setting up a satellite tracking ground station, and thereafter for DRDO developing Robotic control and Aircraft Navigation and Control systems. Later, he headed the technology function for BAE Systems providing strategy for technology development, enhancement and monetization.
In Semiconductors domain, he has worked with Philips Semiconductors developing protocol stack for peripheral interconnectivity, and thereafter for Samsung Semiconductor establishing and heading their India Development Centre which has now grown into the largest overseas for Samsung. He has also co-founded Solex Semiconductor and HighNorm Systems & Services. Most recently, he was the CEO of Caliber Interconnect Solutions.
He has a Master’s degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a Master’s degree in Business from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, NC, USA. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, USA, Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), India and Life Member of Advanced Computing and Communication Society (ACCS). Dr A Chitra

Dr A Chitra has over 35 years of experience in the field of Computer Science Engineering and Applications in teaching and Research at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. PSG College of Technology, a 72 year college started in the year 1951.
She has a proven track record of academic and research achievements. Dr Chitra has received various National and State awards in recognition to the substantial contributions to the field of computer science and engineering, higher education and active involvement in professional societies. She is adept at fostering a culture of innovation, research, and academic excellence.
Dr Chitra has extensive knowledge in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and faculty development. She has received CMI Level 5 Certificate Management and Leadership from Charted Management Institute (CMI). Dr Chitra as Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell at PSG College of Technology has worked on the institution’s quality enhancement and assurance initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and quality standards compliance.
Arun Gowda

Arun Gowda is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in the software industry. His work spans enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and hybrid mobile architectures, where he has led complex development initiatives focused on performance, scalability, and real-world applicability. As an entrepreneur, he brings together strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and a strong product mindset.
He is the driving force behind campus.uno, a comprehensive ERP platform for educational institutions that integrates advanced capabilities such as on-device facial recognition, geo-fencing–based attendance and streamlined institution management workflows. Arun’s leadership emphasizes practical innovation, robust engineering, and the creation of technology that delivers measurable value to institutions and their stakeholders.
An engineering graduate from Bengaluru University, he blends technical depth with a thoughtful, user-centric approach to building impactful solutions.
Deepak Sharma
Treasurer
Deepak is the Principal Service Management & Operations Consultant at Microsoft. He is a veteran of 25 Years in IT consulting, IT operations consulting, project management, product based start-up, people management, service delivery planning and management. Interested in innovative product and services development. He is certified expert in DevOps, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and Service Delivery Management.
He was with Quark earlier, wherein he managed their IT operations and was responsible for projects and consolidating of IT resources during the transition of the development Centre of Quark Inc. from Denver, USA to Chandigarh, India.
He was a lead consultant with Prometheus Systems and executed consulting projects ranging from network design/planning/execution to implementing network monitoring for the likes of Larsen & Toubro Limited (Mysore), BSNL’s Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre (Ghaziabad), ER&DC, Trivandrum (now CDAC), Canara Bank and Naval Physical Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL), Kochi and NIIT, New Delhi. Prior to this, he was with Marconi Communications (formerly FORE Systems) as a Senior Systems Engineer and started his career with L&T as a Computer Engineer.
Deepak has a MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
Srinivasa N Kini

Srinivasa Kini earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cochin university of Science and Technology. He was a Consultant at Byte Tracks. He was the System Analyst and Developer for various systems like Coffee Estate Management Ssystem, Stock Exchange Financial Data Management system, Accounting Systems, Car Rental System. Srinivas has extensively worked on prototyping systems, development and deployment of applications.
Dr. Srinivas was the academician for quite a long stint and has grown from being a lecturer – Professor – Dean – Principal in engineering colleges of various institutes in Karnataka and Maharashtra. Some of the premier ones are JNNCE, KSIT, RVCE, Reva, SJBIT, NBNSCOE, JSCOE etc. He was instrumental in getting Post Graduate and Research Programs in some of these institutions. He also served as Program Director for Space research Program for reputed group of Educational Institutes.
Dr. Srinivas founded Ravi Kiran Consultancy Services Private Limited a technology consulting company specializing in due diligence studies on technology, investment analysis and regulatory matters. He is recognized as an Expert in Internet Technologies, Finance, Networking, Software Systems, and Telecommunications. He was the contact point for EDUSAT program which was inaugurated by the then President of Bharath Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Also he handled supervision and reporting for MAHITHI SINDHU. He served on the investment committees of reputed companies where he played an active role in the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities.
