Financial decisions are often driven by emotions that analytical models struggle to capture. True customer trust stems not just from rational logic but from emotional connections and reliable relationships. In my talk, I delve into understanding the emotions behind financial transactions, revealing new features that can enhance analytics significantly. I will introduce a framework that leverages AI to foster customer success while maintaining ethical and responsible principles. This framework can seamlessly integrate with current infrastructures using generative approaches to build stronger, more meaningful customer experiences.

Dr. Naveen Yeri is the Executive Leader of the Generative AI Center of Excellence at Wells Fargo, where he oversees AI product development and leads the Analytics Community of Practice. He has 24 years of experience in financial services, previously working at Bank of America and IBM. Navin holds a Doctorate from Rennes School of Business and an MS in Operations Research from Virginia Tech. He has 20 patents, is an Innovation Hall of Fame member, and serves on the advisory board of Rennes School of Business. Know more
